The Leadership Skills Development Report (LSP-DR)
 
This comprehensive report provides the tools and techniques that empower leaders to realize their full potential. It contains five major sections:
  • The Leadership Skills Snapshot: list personal strengths and development opportunities on the full spectrum of leadership dimensions.
  • A Personal Strengths Chart: features the leadership dimensions that can leverage to improve effectiveness as a leader
  • A Development Opportunity Chart: highlights those leadership dimensions where score have been in the average and below average range.
  • A Personal Workbook provides tools and techniques to help formulate a development plan that will keep the candidate motivated and on track for success.
  • The Leadership Skill Definition and Development Feedback describe each leadership dimension and provide customized insight on how the candidate's personality may be affecting his/her leadership performance.
