Work Personality Index
Work Personality Index is an advanced measure of work personality characteristics. It provides a valid and dependable measure of personality that directly influences a person’s work performance and task effectiveness. It measures 17 personality traits that research has shown are related to work performance. These traits indicate how individuals work with others, approach their tasks, solve problems, manage change, and deal with stress. Outlining the person’s job-related strengths and identifying areas of development. The 17 WPI Personality traits are organized into five broad areas, i.e. achievement orientation, social orientation, conscientiousness, adjustment and practical intelligence. A leadership report may also be created, which may be effective for increasing leadership effectiveness.
WPI Career Transition Report
Provides information and advice useful to people involved in a career change. Included are suggestions for managing career transitions and exercises to guide the candidate through the process of gathering career information and developing a career action plan.
WPI Select Report
Contains a graphic summary, along with interpretive notes describing the likely meaning of scores. The report focuses on the tendencies and personal characteristics that influence how all individuals perform in work settings.
WPI Personal Effectiveness Report
Contains a graphic summary of a person's preferences, strengths, and techniques for increasing personal effectiveness in the following areas: working with others, Dealing with pressure and stress, task orientation, problem solving, and identifying and managing change.
WPI Job Match Report
A convenient and flexible system that allows customisation of the WPI for different occupations. First the personality characteristics necessary for effective job performance in a specific occupation are specified by completing a Trait Specification Form. Second, a profile for the occupation is created called a Job Match Profile. The Job Match System then provides a Job Match Report describing the candidate's overall fit.
WPI Leadership Competency Report
Designed s a tool for professional growth. It describes key features of a candidate's personal style that influence his / her approach to tasks, way of interacting with other people and performance of work. Interpretive notes are included that can be useful for increasing leadership effectiveness and highlights the competencies generally associated with certain personality traits.
